Being fitted with hearing aids is only the beginning of your hearing journey. As such, cleaning and maintenance of your devices is imperative to get the most out of your hearing aids.

The main causes for failure of hearing aids are excessive ear wax, or moisture. Once you have purchased your hearing aids with us, you are always free to drop into one of our clinics, where our friendly staff will be more than happy to clean and check your hearing aids. This is all inclusive of your initial purchase price of the hearing aids. We encourage our clients to come in once every 2-3 months so our staff can clean and check your hearing aid on the spot.
