When you purchase hearing aids from Shire Hearing, you’re not just buying a device. You’re gaining access to years of ongoing support. Your package includes manufacturer warranty coverage, annual hearing checks, unlimited maintenance support, loaner devices, and educational resources.
All warranty and aftercare services are included in your initial hearing aid purchase price. From the day you’re fitted to years down the road, we’re here to keep your hearing aids performing at their best.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
- 3-Year Manufacturer WarrantyYour hearing aids are covered by a comprehensive 3-year manufacturer warranty (5 years for Hearing Services Program patients) that protects against defects and malfunctions. If your device needs repair during this period, we'll coordinate with the manufacturer to get it fixed at no cost to you.
- Loaner DevicesIf your hearing aid needs to be sent away for repair, we'll provide you with a loaner device so your hearing is never interrupted. You can continue living your life without missing a beat while your device is being serviced.
Ongoing Aftercare Services from Shire Hearing
Shire Hearing provides comprehensive aftercare services to ensure your hearing aids continue to perform at their best.
Annual Hearing Checks & Reprogramming
For the first three years (five years for Hearing Services Program patients), your package includes annual hearing checks where we test your hearing levels, update your profile, and reprogram your hearing aids to match your current needs.
Maintenance Support
For three years (ongoing for Hearing Services Program patients), you have access to our team for professional device cleaning, routine checks and adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Educational Resources & Workshops
Your aftercare package includes access to cleaning and maintenance workshops, technology tutorials, and personalized aftercare videos to help you care for your devices confidently.
